Sorry that I haven't been around lately, things have been pretty crazy around our place. We got our move date and we are about a week and a half away, and I'm totally stressing about living in that small of a place, during this remodel, but it is what has to happen. So, we are surrounded by boxes, and will be for at least the next six weeks. I will roll with the punches like I always do.
So some other things that have been going on, Jeff and I celebrated our wedding anniversary about a month ago and we had a ball, as always, it has become our tradition to order a small cake from the bakery that made our wedding cake. We just get a small one, but we always cut a piece and feed each other, for those of you that were at our wedding we have become much nicer to each other than we were that day! I love the look on my niece's face in this picture. She loved it!
We have also come down with Blackhawks fever. To be honest, we didn't know very much about hockey like two months ago, but the spirit in the city was over the top for the Blackhawks and it was hard not to catch the fever. We learned alot about the game and who the players are now we are confident that next year we will be full-fledged fans! I even got to go to the victory parade. It went right past the back of my office building, below is an awesome shot of Patrick Kane kissing the Stanley Cup.
I'm sitting here watching the movie 'Valentine's Day' and it is cracking me up! Taylor Swift is so funny. So I promise that you will here from me much more often. That is if I can get the phone company to hook up our Internet for 30 days. Keeping my fingers crossed.
