I love having a long weekend, and this weekend is going to be great.
It's the weekend before Halloween, are you looking for something fun to do with the kids? Mummy Cupcakes.
Easy and Fun!
All you need is:
1 - chocolate cake mix, make the cupcakes
1- can of vanilla frosting
1 - frosting bag ( or large Ziploc bag)
1 - frosting tip (I used my long narrow flat one)
1 - tube of red (or orange, green or whatever) decorating gel or mini chocolate chip for eyes
Make your cupcakes and let them cool.
Fill your frosting bag with white frosting and frost the cupcakes in strips, and then add the eyes.
Enjoy!

I love these! My mother in law is coming this week to watch the kids while I work some late nights. I'll pick the stuff up for them to make them together. And then I can have cupcakes when I get home :)
