Sunday Dinner: Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups

Happy Sunday!!

One of our family New Year's resolutions this year was to try new things.  In that spirit I'm trying to work a couple of new recipes into our menu a month, and this weekend I think I might have found a winner.

I saw this recipe on Facebook months ago, and I finally got a chance to make it.  The recipe is from Delish and they were so easy to make.  The sauce is very simple and you use rotisserie chicken.  The hardest part, cooking the noodles and assembling the wraps.

Tip:  Cook the noodles completely, before you even start the sauce, so they will cool down in time to fill & wrap.

Admission time, I had not tried brussel sprouts before dinner last night.  I love them.  I think they worked out so well because of the great advice on roasting them from Simply Recipes.  Thanks so much ladies...they turned out perfect!
