Taco Tuesday Casserole

Happy Sunday!

Sunday is my favorite part of the week.  It is a day to re-charge and get re-organized for the next week.  The last thing I want to do is spend all day in the kitchen.

This has quickly become a favorite dinner at our house.  It's quick, super budget friendly, and most importantly it's really good.  The recipe comes from Lil Luna (follow the link for the full recipe).  I did make alittle change where instead of making a biscuit dough, I covered the casserole with crescent roll dough.

My other suggestion would be to serve this with the dough down on the plate.  This will allow the dough to act as a base so that you can pile them on!

From start to finish (including baking time) you are looking at about 45 minutes.  This is a great weeknight idea!
