Taco Pocket

How can you go wrong with meat, cheese and bread?

You cannot.

This is a complete leftover meal.  Remnants of a delicious meal of burrito bowls.

It took me 10 minutes to put it together and another 10 minutes in the oven.

What you need:

1 roll of crescent rolls

1/4 to 1/2 lb of cooked ground beef

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Pico de gallo & sour cream

Serve with:

Cilantro Lime Rice & Black Beans

or

Simple Salad

How to Put it Together:

Open crescent rolls, unroll and separate all the triangles.

Working with 2 triangles at a time, press together the long side of the rolls.

Top the triangles with meat and cheese, and fold edges up into a bundle.

This is a weeknight (Taco Tuesday) meal - they don't have to be pretty, the taste will speak for itself.

Pop these in the oven at 375 for about 9-10 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.

Top with pico and sour cream, done.

Dinner in 20 minutes.

Enjoy!
